What are your hours of operation?

Our dispatch & reservation office is open 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Our vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency or require immediate assistance after business hours our service will give you an emergency number to call. You will receive a text with your drivers contact and vehicle information prior to your pickup time.

When do my charges begin and end when booking a shuttle/taxi?

We do require a credit card on file in most case, but you WILL NOT be charged until we complete the trip and drop you off at your specified location!

How do I know what size of vehicle is best for my needs?

This is dependent on your passenger capacity and luggage requirements. We have a variety of vehicles to accommodate all needs!

How do I reserve a shuttle/taxi?

Can I pay cash for the trip?

Cash is always accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included unless you’ve reserved a limousine on AN HOURLY basis. Gratuity is not required, but is greatly appreciated for excellent service by your driver. Similar with most service industries, we recommend 20% gratuity.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your reservation unless your flight has been delayed, cancelled, or incidents otherwise not your fault. Please call 888.435.0104 should you need to cancel your reservation.
